❌ Customized & Made-to-Order Items

  • Customized, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • This includes items prepared based on customer specifications such as size, design, text, or color.

✅ Ready-Made Items

  • Refunds or exchanges are only applicable for ready-made items if:

    • The item received is damaged, or

    • The wrong item was delivered.

⏰ Reporting Issues

  • Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please contact us via WhatsApp with clear photos of the item.

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Minor variations in color or design (due to lighting or handmade nature)

  • Damage caused after delivery

💳 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
