• Visual Representation: We do our best to match the advertised pictures on our Site, but minor variations in color or packaging may occur. Style preferences are not grounds for returns. 

 

• Order Channels: Orders can be placed directly through our e-commerce platform on the Site or processed manually through .
• Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments (credit/debit cards) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders are only officially processed once payment confirmation or COD verification is complete.

• Perishable Items: Due to the fragile and perishable nature of fresh floral arrangements, any complaints, quality concerns, or requests for refunds must be submitted with photographic evidence within 1 working day of delivery. 

Maryann Flowers provides the Site and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maryann Flowers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, delivery delays beyond our control, or temporary site downtime.
